A minimum guarantee of 150 pax is required to conduct functions at The Ashoka & Diwans hall . For all functions above 400 pax we offer both the halls to guests. Together both halls can take up 1500 pax comfortably.

Capacity - U shaped seating can accommodate 50 pax , theatre style – 120 pax ,class room style – 60 pax.

Pentagon Hall :
Capacity - U shaped seating can accommodate 12 to 15 pax ,theatre style – 20 pax ,class room style – 24 pax

The Board Room :
Capacity - Seating for 12 pax comfortably.

The Club Regent :
Capacity - U shaped seating can accommodate 18 pax., theatre style – 24 pax ,class room style – 24 pax.

The Cabinet Hall :
Capacity - U shaped seating can accommodate 15 pax to 18 pax ,theatre style – 24 pax ,class room style – 24 pax.
